Owner
and operator Lee Hoffman began his roofing career as a journeyman
roofer, six years prior to opening his own business. In 1980,
Lee Hoffman Roofing, Inc. (LHR) was started with one pickup, one
work truck and three employees. Currently the LHR, Inc. fleet
consists of six pickups and twelve work trucks. The company
now employs 35 people in three divisions: estimators and field
supervisors, journeyman roofers and office support staff.
